Techno-Sell (Frey) Co., Ltd., the exclusive distributor of Lamina window films, continues its long-standing commitment to giving back to Thai society through the “Lamina Fulfilling Thai Children's Dream of Education” initiative. Now in its 20th year, the project has dedicated over 2 million THB to constructing a new school building and improving the surrounding landscape for Sing Sa-at School, Sahatsakhan District, Kalasin Province.

The Lamina “Building Dreams for Thai Children” project was initiated in 2001 by the company’s executives and employees with a strong belief that true success must go hand in hand with giving back to society. The company launched this project to prioritize the education of children and youth, aiming to help them grow into key contributors to the nation’s future.

This initiative has led to the continuous construction and handover of school buildings, learning materials, and scholarships to schools in remote areas for 20 years through 19 projects. The efforts have been strongly supported by various partners, including the Krathing Thon 4WD Club, dealership centers, car dealers, Lamina film customers, the media, and many other stakeholders. This activity is one of the company’s core missions, demonstrating its social responsibility as the leading window film market leader in Thailand for over 26 years.

The latest project involved the construction of a large, single-story school building with 4 classrooms, each measuring 36 square meters, featuring walkways and benches. The building was officially handed over to Sing Sa-at School in Sahatsakhan District, Kalasin Province, on January 9th, National Children's Day. This year, the project also included improvements by adding a 240-square-meter multipurpose concrete yard in front of the building.

In addition, there was a scholarship award ceremony granting 30 scholarships, along with the distribution of learning materials and sports equipment to participating students. Each student received a “Dream Backpack” filled with school supplies and Children’s Day gifts.

Jannapa Saisamorn, Chief Executive Officer, stated, “Although we are still facing the challenges of the COVID-19 crisis and an unstable economy, Lamina is fully aware of the importance of giving back to society in ways we can manage. Therefore, building morale and support for teachers and children in remote and underprivileged areas through education is a crucial foundation for national development.”

“With firm determination and a clear vision of the importance of education in helping Thai children and youth grow into quality individuals, Lamina Film is ready to overcome all obstacles posed by the COVID-19 situation. We continue to support the Lamina ‘Building Dreams for Thai Children’ project relentlessly and without pause.”

From a great crisis, transformed into happiness and smiles from the giver to the receiver, weaving the dreams of children in remote areas to grow into quality adults. This is a small step of success under a long-running social responsibility project. We sincerely thank all Lamina employees, car dealers, and Lamina window film customers who have been the vital force helping the “Lamina Building Dreams for Thai Children” project continue for 20 years. Today, we continue to carry forward the project into its 20th year, striving to be part of building a sustainable learning society within the community.

More than two decades of business growth have strengthened our commitment to social responsibility, alongside fostering and awakening a sense of gratitude within our organization to give back to our homeland. This is to help create a better society as a whole, in line with the company’s pledge: “Lamina grows together with Thai society.”
