Techno-Sell (Frey) Co., Ltd. was founded on August 1, 1995, as the sole importer and distributor of automotive and architectural window films under the Lamina brand, as well as specialty films under the LLumar brand from the United States. These products are manufactured by Eastman Performance Films, LLC | USA (formerly CP Films Inc., established in 1955), the world’s largest window film manufacturer. The company oversees the entire process — from research and development, design, production, and installation to after-sales services — distributed in more than 100 countries worldwide without changes in importer or distributor.
The company places great importance on effective management systems for sustainable business growth. It has been certified with ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System by MASCI (Management System Certification Institute Thailand) since 2010, and ISO 14001:2015 Environmental Management Standard by BSI (British Standard Institution) in 2025.

Eastman Performance Films, LLC | USA factory is located in Martinsville, Virginia, USA. This is where Lamina window film and LLumar specialty films is manufactured. The company is found in 1955 and, later, become the world’s largest manufacturer of window film with over 700,000 square feet of production area (equivalent to a 1,000-room building).

The manufacturing plants for Lamina and LLumar films are certified with the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System by LRQA, and their performance specifications meet leading international standards, including AIMCAL, NFRC, IWFA, EWFA, ASTM, ASHRAE, Energy Star, and the Skin Cancer Foundation, with energy conservation certification from NAESCO.
Additionally, the company serves as the exclusive importer and distributor in Thailand for Thule cargo-carrying equipment from Sweden, as well as LLux, a premium automotive care and protection product line from the United States and the United Kingdom.
