Things you need to know before film installation

1. Know about each types of films ‘features
2. Adhesion over some part of the dot matrix area may not be succeed and may cause the film to slide off before time due to the glass surface is not smooth
3. Film installation may affect to film strip and the antenna to be damaged which is not under the warranty 
4. Know about proper maintenance (details followed “the thing you should know after film installation”)

6. Know about how to register/fill in the warranty card and details of warranty exclusions (details followed the thing you need to know about warranty)
7. Vision received between normal glass and glass after film installation shall be different 
8. Film installation may interfere or obstruct your GPS signal or navigator (if any) 
9. Metalized window tint film can cause watermark at the front windscreen once driving pass the yellow light and will be disappeared when driving out which you will find it in 3 main areas at Bangkok which are under the Vibhavadi-Rangsit highway ( inbound & outbound ) , North park underpass (Laksi) and Central Pinklao & Pata Pinklao area under Boromratchachonnani elevated highway. In this case, the company will not accept the return or exchange


Things you need to know after film installation
Film maintenance after installation 

1. Normally the film installation need to use mild soap and water solution or film-on to spray over the glue side of the film and the window to adhere the film in place then, use a squeegee to stroke-dry the glass, after installation you may find some haze or condensation which will be fully vanished after 1-4 weeks except L60 Max Special model will be cured within 4-6 weeks after the film is dry and the glue is fully adhered. Therefore, you should not roll the window during the first 7 days after film installation to avoid film peeling off

2. Do not wipe or use glass cleaner inside the car during the first 21 days after installation 

3. Only use clean soft cloth with clean water to wipe the glass after installation

4. Do not wipe or clean inside the car by using the same towel for the car body, cushion or other parts because it may contain some chemicals which can damage the film surface by causing the scratch or peeling off. Under such conditions, the warranty will be excluded

5. Do not wipe with cold cloth, bristle brush of scotch-brite or other tools that can damage the film surface 

6. Ammonia based cleaner or other strong cleaning products should be avoided because the glue will be worn out, only clean water shall be used

7. The film’s edge will be seen if the glass is super curved and may be found more than 1 place in some models

8. After 1-7 days of installation, if you find some bubble but not moisture, please take your car to the station for immediate checking
